Home For The Aged Welfare Trust

Remember the time you were a child? Your parents, grandparents, uncles, and aunts, elder - they all took care of you. They showered you with unbridled affection. They scarified for you. Have you done enough for them? You may have for your own old ones. But what about those who are too handicapped to take care of themselves?

Ruqya Father’s Mr. Fareed-ud-din [Late] vision was to make shelter for those old aged person, whose families abandon relation from their parent. He was very kind hearted person who always strive to help peoples, He spend 30 years of his life in social service, But due to some reason his dream didn’t comes true, but by the grace of Allah now his daughter Ruqaya Fareed is going to complete her father’s dream.

The founder of Fareeduddin home for the Aged welfare Trust, Ruqya Fareed is a person with a mission. Touched by the sufferings of the old, she decided to dedicate her life. She plunged into the project with prayer. Miraculously, she found many who were willing to take up the cause along with her.

Pakistan has innumerable sick old men and women who are unhealthy and helpless. Poor and unloved, they are shunned by those who think of them as a burden. Such aged people are everyone's responsibility.

Urgent Needs

Ruqya Fareed Foundation and Fareed-ud-din home for the aged welfare trust has launched THE QURBANI & FOOD PROJECT 2011 to benefit thousands of needy people in the poorest countries around the world. There are people in the world who do not get a chance to eat meat all year and eagerly wait the time of Eid-ul-Adha so that they can get meat through the Islamic concept of Qurbani. Your Qurbani can reach and help them through Fareed ud din home or the aged welfare trust.

Qurbani is a sacrifice that is offered at the time of Eid al-Adha to show gratitude towards Allah (swt) and to provide for the poor and needy. The Prophet Muhammad (Allah bless him and grant him peace) was once asked, ‘What is Qurbani?’ He replied, ‘It is the Sunnah of your father Ibrahim (Allah bless him and grant him peace). For every hair of the Qurbani you receive a reward from Allah.’ (Hadith)
